On Demand Cloud Connect provisioning

Cloud Connect Provisioning enables  Orange to  configure the customers’ On Demand Cloud Connect on their behalf, through Evolution Platform.

It  may be requested by customers in the following cases:

  • The customer has already subscribed to a managed service model and requires the addition of the On Demand Cloud Connect Service
  • The customer expects a fully managed setup as part of an RFP that includes other services such as Internet & Flexible SD-WAN, and therefore delegates the provisioning of the Cloud Connect to Orange
  • The customer is migrating from BVPN Galerie to On Demand Cloud Connect and requests Orange support to handle the migration.

It provides the following deliverables :

  • Discovery & planning: Dedicated meeting to review Customer’s architecture, understand the context and expectations, and gather technical requirements.
  • Technical preparation: Cloud parameters’ collection, VPN technical specifications, bandwidth requirements, Cloud credentials configuration support.
  • Service activation: Creation of Cloud Connect service, complete configuration on Evolution Platform, coordinated timeline execution.
  • Validation & testing: Connectivity testing, joint validation session, confirmation of service readiness.
