This resource allows to retrieve networks (aka VPN) instantiated on OBS network for a customer. Those vpns can be issued from OBS offers such as BVPN, Flexible SDWAN-Cisco, Flexible SDWAN Fortinet, etc...

This method allows to retrieve a technicalVpn identified by technicalVpnId associated to the customerId (defined as a parameter of Organization).
