Private Self-Made Cloud Connector - Update reserved bandwidth

This operation checks whether a new reserved bandwidth has been defined in Azure and updates the connector accordingly.

POST https://ope-obs.apibackbone.orange.com/evolutionplatform/azure/api/v1/projects/{projectId}/azure/cloudconnectors/privateselfmades/{id}/updatereservedbandwidth

The path requires projectId and id (UUIDs). The Swagger defines no request body. Success is 200 OK, with a CloudConnectorPrivateSelfMade response. Error responses are 400, 401, 403, 404, and 500.

Authentication uses a JWT bearer token.
