How does Evolution Platform promote digital inclusion?

On the Social side, Evolution Platform should be accessible to everyone, regardless of any disability they may have. The best practices for digital accessibility, which comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), are implemented on the Evolution Platform Console and related documentation (see Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) webpage). These best practices are, for example, sufficient contrast between colors, not only using color as a means of conveying information, associating each image with descriptive text (used by screen reading tools for the visually impaired), being able to navigate pages using only the keyboard or being able to zoom in to 200% without loss of information to avoid overlapping and illegible text.

The result of the compliance audit will be visible on the Console. The audit is planned for H1 2025, and actions will be taken to improve the compliance. Compliance audit result is already available on the Evolution Platform documentation web site (see accessibility statement webpage).

The need for digital accessibility is also addressed with our Partners when our customers will have to interact with their Web Portal (EMS).
