Browse and discover available Virtual Network Function models from the platform catalog.

Available VNF Models

Overview

The VNF Model API is tenant-scoped and lets you:

  • List all available VNF models with optional filtering
  • Get a specific model by its identifier
  • Filter by vendor name, vendor model, or type

Model Attributes

Each VNF model includes:

  • Identity: UUID, name, description
  • Type: e.g. Firewall, Router, SD-WAN (max 30 characters)
  • Category: STANDALONE or ENABLER
  • Vendor: Vendor name and model designation
  • Versions: Available model versions, each with supported flavors
  • Deployment modes: single, dual, or cluster
  • Zones: Sorted list of available geographic zones
  • Virtual devices: 1 or 2 virtual device definitions with characteristic requirements
  • IP allocation: whether pre-allocation is required before provisioning
  • Deprecated: whether new VNF creation from this model is blocked
