Get CPU usage of the given virtual device
GET/api/v1/projects/:projectId/vnfs/:vnfId/virtualdevices/:virtualDeviceId/monitoring/cpu
Get the CPU usage of the given virtual device for a period of time and according to a step that could not be under 5 minutes. And this step depends on the period of time (bigger step for large period).
