How does Evolution Platform promote digital inclusion?
On the social front, Evolution Platform must be accessible to all, regardless of disability. Best practices for digital accessibility, compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), are implemented on the Evolution Platform console and documentation (cf. WCAG webpage). These include for instance, sufficient contrast, non-reliance on color alone, descriptive alt texts for images, keyboard navigation, and zooming up to 200% without information loss.
An accessibility audit of Evolution Platform Console is scheduled for February 2026, with subsequent improvement actions. The audit results will be visible in a menu within the Console.
Evolution Platform documentation website has already been audited, with results available at: Digital accessibility statement).
The need for digital accessibility is also addressed with Partners when Clients interact via their web portal (EMS).
User experience and client interface are designed with dedicated teams of designers and ergonomists. The Console offers optimized, coherent, fluid, pleasant and efficient customer journeys. This work contributes to the performance of the Console with a positive impact on the carbon footprint of the solution. Moreover, user testing sessions with representative clients validate the design.
