Private Self made Cloud Connectivity - Add new connectivity
In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to provision or design a GCP cloud connector. Let's get started!
1. Add new connectivity
From the inventory, in the upper right, click on the Add new connectivity button.
2. Choose your service provider
For this example, click on Subscribe link in GCP tile.
3. Select your project
Select an existing project for a cloud connectors hosting the Cloud connector.
4. Fill in the First Settings Form
Define a name for your new Cloud Connector.
Choose Private Self-made type.
Click on Continue button
5. Cloud configuration
Apply the following process :
- Choose the GCP location with Orange
- Finalize the configuration by selecting your bandwidth
Click on Continue button.
6. Connectivity parameters
- Selection of the Pairing Key.
- Select the Pairing Key used to connect the Cloud connector.
⚠️ Important
Only Pairing Keys with the status "Waiting for partner" can be selected.Field Descriptions

Routing Policy
Select the routing policy to apply:
| Routing Policy | Description |
|---|---|
| Basic Aggregate | Only aggregated RFC1918 prefixes are advertised |
| Default Route | Only the default route is advertised |
| No Aggregate | All VPN IP routes are advertised (may cause routing table overflow) |
Click on Continue when the configuration is correct.
7. Summary and Pricing
On this screen, you will find on the right:
- a summary of the configuration
- a pricing estimate for the Cloud connector
From this page, several actions are possible:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Modification | Click on the Modify button of the section to adjust or on Back to return to previous pages |
| Cancellation | Click on the Cancel button |
| Saving | Click on Save as design to save the configuration. Provisioning can be launched later |
| Provisioning | Click on Provision to launch the provisioning workflow |
