Public Cloud Connectivity - Status
Cloud connector service status can be retreived from the Cloud connector inventory, by moving the mouse over the color circle or the clock (if process is on going).

In the diagram below, you have the possible status, their corresponding circle color and the related actions triggering the status changes.

In the table below, you will find the definition of the status:
Service status | Description |
---|---|
DESIGNING | Eligibility (no booking) is performed on network. |
DESIGNED | Service is designed but the activation is not requested. (ex : for a draft). No resources are allocated. |
PROVISIONING | Transitional state. Processing the current request to activate the service. |
ACTIVE | Service is running. |
ERROR | The request processing raises an error. |
REPAIRING | The service is being repaired. The service is unavailable for maintenance or issue. |
SUSPENDING | Transitional state. The service is shutting down, but no resource will be deconstructed. |
INACTIVE | The service is inactive. Resources are still allocated. |
STOPPING | Transitional state. Processing the deprovisioning of the service, to reach a designed state. |
TERMINATED | The service entry is deleted and removed of the inventory. |
